Either way, it is a reasonable fit as a home and home office multifunction printer (MFP) or as a personal MFP in any size office.

Basic MFP features for Canon Pixma MX532 include the ability to print & fax from, as well as scan to, a PC, plus the ability to work as a standalone copier and fax machine. The key office-centric feature, in addition to faxing, is a 30-page automatic document feeder {ADF}, which supplements the letter-size flatbed & can handle legal-size pages.
